Niklas Auer, BA

Consultant

Niklas Auer is a Consultant at Logsol e.U., managing projects in the fields of data protection, data security, digital transformation, and process management. During his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Niklas Auer gained not only in-depth business knowledge but also up-to-date IT expertise. He further enhanced his skills through a Master’s degree in “Digital Business Innovation and Transformation” at the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, equipping himself to successfully guide businesses through digital transformation and into the future.

Mag. Robert Mende-Kremnitzer, MSc.

Consultant

Robert Mende-Kremnitzer is an integral part of the ESG community in Austria. He teaches at universities and writes books and articles on ecological and social transformation. Sustainability is no longer an elective topic; successful companies view it as offering more opportunities than burdens of change. Robert sharpens clients' focus on the new needs of our time through the 12-Chances Model.

European regulations such as CSRD, CSDDD, CBAM, and the EU Taxonomy form the foundation of sustainability reporting. Robert guides clients through these new reporting processes, but more importantly, through the essential sustainability controlling that underpins them, including the development of key performance indicators, data collection processes, and analyses. These ultimately lead to the necessary strategies to align companies for the 21st century.

Through his own event company, which he has run with his brother for 25 years, Robert has firsthand knowledge of the demands a sustainable supply chain imposes on major clients, ensuring they don't shift from core suppliers to at-risk suppliers. His experience in industry and commerce provides the basis for his pragmatic approach to sustainability, free from moralizing, preaching, or unrealistic visions.

The emerging conflicts of interest in our time must be resolved on the grounds of economic viability. Neither stable societies nor sustainable businesses will be possible if we exceed the limits of ecological sustainability.
