Magdalena Ganner, MA, BSc

Consultant

Magdalena Ganner supports you with initial set-ups and training for digitalisation tools such as the work management software Wrike. Furthermore, she is responsible for funding advisory and its processing
Besides the areas of digital transformation and process management, including project management, she is also a verified data protection expert and is responsible for data protection consultations.

Magdalena Ganner has successfully completed the bachelor's degree in 'product marketing & project management' at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. Additionally, she certified as junior project manager (IPMA Level D) and lead numerous of projects within her studies.
Furthermore, she successfully completed the master's degree in 'international marketing' at the university of applied sciences Campus 02 in Graz while falling in love with statistics. The fascination of numbers and figures grew within her second bachelor's degree in 'Statistics'.

Mag. (FH) Sandra Gerstmayer, MSc

Consultant

Sandra Gerstmayer consults and supports you in your change projects on strategy, structure and culture as well as in projects around Digital Transformation and New Work.

When it comes to reorganization and personnel development projects, team development as well as cultural change and change communications, she is the right contact person.

Thanks to her wide professional and leadership experience in communications, marketing and projects – both in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as in the corporate environment - she brings versatile expertise and a broad, application-oriented spectrum of knowledge to the table.

Sandra gets down to business with goal-oriented project management, starting with clear clarification of the brief, through conception, implementation and follow-up. She attaches great importance to transparent communication at eye level, thus ensuring successful changes in the long term.

With a passion also for personal development, Sandra graduated in Consulting Sciences ``Coaching, Organizational Consulting and Human Resource Development`` and the university course ``Digital Transformation Management``.

Sandra works with you to successfully manage the increasingly dynamic and complex influences that organisations face in our society. At Logsol, she actively contributes to guiding people through positive change and bringing new norms and values into their everyday lives.

Niklas Auer, BA

Consultant

Niklas Auer is responsible for data protection projects, digital transformation and process management at Logsol. With his Master's degree in ``Digital Business Innovation and Transformation`` at the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, he strives to further deepen his skills in digital transformation to successfully lead companies into the future.

Niklas excels in goal-oriented project management and places great value on transparent communication to create new long-term habits. With a bachelor's degree in business management from the same university, he has not only acquired business knowledge, but also up-to-date IT know-how.

Niklas Auer brings a unique combination of skills and educational background to successfully tackle the challenges of digital transformation and data protection and to support companies on their way into the future.

Martin Hirsch
