Besides the areas of digital transformation and process management, including project management, she is also a verified data protection expert and is responsible for data protection consultations.
Magdalena Ganner has successfully completed the bachelor's degree in 'product marketing & project management' at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. Additionally, she certified as junior project manager (IPMA Level D) and lead numerous of projects within her studies.
Furthermore, she successfully completed the master's degree in 'international marketing' at the university of applied sciences Campus 02 in Graz while falling in love with statistics. The fascination of numbers and figures grew within her second bachelor's degree in 'Statistics'.

When it comes to reorganization and personnel development projects, team development as well as cultural change and change communications, she is the right contact person.
Thanks to her wide professional and leadership experience in communications, marketing and projects – both in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as in the corporate environment - she brings versatile expertise and a broad, application-oriented spectrum of knowledge to the table.

Mia Archam gets her master’s degree in 'applied business psychology'. Moreover, she is a state-certified 'Health and Triathlon Trainer' within a degree in sport nutritional science. She has many years of job experience in the financial service provider sector in the realm of investment counselling and appreciation of assets. Additionally, she has competences in organizational development, neuroleadership and positive psychology.
Mia exerts herself in changing circumstances and moral concepts of all generation within the business world. As a result, she like to analyse outdated models, business processes and strategies.
